Please join the Jefferson County Democrats on Thursday, September 21, for our first annual Adopt A Highway clean up followed by a potluck at Volunteer Hall at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
We will meet at 3 at Volunteer Hall. This will be the time to drop off your potluck items, sign in, get your orange vests, black plastic bags, and we will head out to the highway to pick up garbage until 5. Then we will return to Volunteer Hall for a potluck dinner. We are inviting local and statewide candidates to join us for the potluck.
If you aren’t able to pick garbage, please join us for the potluck at 5:30.
Thanks everyone for joining us for this kickoff event— In approximately one year, we can change what is happening in Montana. We can ensure that tax cuts go to ordinary citizens, not millionaires; that school boards and teachers write curriculum and that healthcare and school lunches are fully funded. Let’s work together to clean up our county and clean up our state government. Looking forward to seeing you on September 21 at the Fairgrounds!
